It is unbelievable how you come at 10am and they give you a ticket and tell you to come back at 3pm like people can come and go as they please, when there is 3 man giving out tickets, can someone please explain how a transaction at the window takes 30 minutes? And how if someone decided not to come at that time what are they doing? Absolutely NOTHING it is unbelievable how they are turning people away because there are no more tickets, a lady who was so upset gave me her ticket which was at 2:30pm so how efficient are they? Certainly not changing banks.

THE WORST BBVA IN MEXICALI The executive Arcelia is rude and pedantic. The workers have no choice but to put up with it every day.
